The Baudan Baou canyon is ideal for discovering all aspects of canyoning with family or friends. There are technical jumps (not mandatory), slides ranging from 3 to 10 meters, and safe rappelling. The first part involves descending a dry canyon, allowing you to learn all the rope descent techniques. The second part is more aquatic and even more fun, with slides and jumps. You'll explore a stunning natural setting. It's located near La Palud-sur-Verdon. The Baou River is a tributary of the Verdon River.
